A memory phenomenon causes all memory of the 3rd ranked level 5 esper to be erased. While she finds comfort in knowing a certain misfortunate boy is unaffected, signs point the event to being part of something much more sinister. And the appearance of a unknown esper isn't making the mystery any easier to unravel, either!
