Admired Smiles family dental practice is owned and operated by Dr. Hegazi, a veteran of the United States Air Force. Dr. Hegazi rose to the rank of Captain, finishing his commitment to the armed forces in 2004. While in the military, Dr. Hegazi was awarded a Two-Year Health Professions Scholarship. During his three years in the Air Force, Dr. Hegazi attended oral surgery, implantology, and infection control rotations and residencies. This provided him with training that sets him apart from other colleagues giving him knowledge and experience above and beyond dental school that he is happy to provide to his patients.
Prior to joining the Air Force, Dr. Hegazi graduated with a joint degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and Adelphi University in 2001. Dr. Hegazi was 1 of only 7 students accepted into the 7 Year Accelerated Joint Degree Dental Program between the schools.
