Yuito is an average student at Domino High School who learns of a new trading card game known as Duel Monsters. Though he has a slow start with it at first, he quickly falls in love with the game. But strange events soon take place involving this card game that cause Yuan to experience new things, and help himself cope with the strangest thing that's happened to him: immortality.
