We the north, strong and proud

Hey guys, I'm Nicole. I'm now 20 years old (woah, that happened fast), and a lot has changed since I first joined this site as a teenager. I joined when I was 14 or 15, and I read some of the most popular stories in the pokemon fandom at the time. The whole time I wished I could write just like my favourite authors did, and then I decided to start writing for myself.

I didn't write as much as I would have liked when I was a teenager, but I'm slowly trying to get back into it now. I'm currently in university, starting to build a real life for myself. Life is busy and crazy in so many good ways (and it's not always fun business, haha). However, I truly believe that I owe it to my younger self to continue writing about the characters I love, even if I don't have as much time to write these days.

Updates may happen often, and they also may not. I don't know. However, I do know that I care about everything I publish here. I love letting my fingers dance across the keyboard as words spill onto the page. I'm passionate about what I write, and that's ultimately why I'm here.

I read and write pokemon fandom. PokeShipping, ContestShipping, IkariShipping and OldrivalShipping / LeafGreenShipping (these two are the same thing, aren't they?)

My Stories

Nostalgic Nights - A fluffy Leafgreenshipping oneshot. While being forced into spending some alone time with Gary, Leaf ponders why they grew apart, and if Gary really could be that friend she's been missing the last little while.

Memory Box - Tag along with our friends as they get themselves wrapped up in shenanigans. Filled with humour, romance, and friendship, these short stories aren't something you'll want to miss. PS, CS, IS, OS/LGS.

Girl Down The Street - Leaf is new to Pallet Town. Gary wants her. She's apprehensive about it. He doesn't care. This is more fluff for the LGS fans since I don't think this pairing gets enough attention.

I'm also in the process of plotting a few stories that I might end up writing, but I'm not sure yet since there are some plot holes that I need to fill. However, if (hopefully when) I end up writing a multi chapter story, I can guarantee you that the summary and release dates for the story will be on my profile prior to being published.

*Exciting news! I'm in the midst of writing another LGS oneshot. I really want to see more LGS stories in the fandom since both Leaf and Gary are such dynamic characters to work with. I'm not releasing too much info on the plot yet, but I will say this: Leaf challenges Gary after seeing him for the first time in four years, and he's Gary Oak - he won't back down.
