Darcy and Elizabeth find their attraction for each other impossible to ignore. Can such improper behavior overcome the misunderstandings of Pride and Prejudice?

What happens when Mr. Darcy meets Elizabeth in the woods as she goes for a run before the Meryton Assembly? What happens if Mr. Darcy still accidentally insults Elizabeth? What happens if Mr. Collins is actually real competition for Mr. Darcy?

An unexpected twist of fate brings Mr. Darcy to a place he never imagined himself patronizing and where he once again crosses paths with Miss Elizabeth Bennet. She too had been brought here by an unforeseen and cruel twist of fate. Now they must strive to overcome the pain and taint of ruin to find happiness and a future in an unforgiving society who thrives on scandal.

When Elizabeth Bennet ventures outside the Netherfield Ball for a bit of air, she witnesses something dreadful and confusing: Mr. Wickham clubs Mr. Darcy over the head and hauls him into a carriage. She can't help but react. And then Mr. Wickham bundles her off in the carriage as well. She's seen too much.

The famous letter never reached its target. It is now 1814, and Elizabeth Bennet is desperate, desperate enough to seek out the man she scorned and accept a proposal from three years before... even if Mr. Darcy is not quite the man she remembers. AU, Regency.

One night, to decide his entire life's happiness: Chastened by Charles Bingley following Mr. Bennet's untimely death, Fitzwilliam Darcy determines he will offer marriage to Elizabeth Bennet, but she marries another. Years later, Elizabeth, now widowed, has vowed she will never marry again, and Darcy will have to win more than her heart to convince her to try marriage again.

After Mr. Hale's passing, Margaret has to spend a week at the Thorntons while Mr. Bell arranges for her to move to London. She's uncomfortable at the idea of spending time with Mr. Thornton after everything that happened between them, and they soon find themselves in a compromising situation.

I always thought there should be a scene at the end of the miniseries where we actually saw things get resolved outright between Margaret and Mr. Thornton. I am expanding on this idea after a great beginning. Reviews are most welcome!

When Elizabeth accepted Mr. Darcy's proposal of marriage, Mr. Bennet complicated his consent with a condition, known only to himself and Mr. Darcy. Darcy's horse casts a shoe while riding to Pemberley which causes him to miss encountering Elizabeth Bennet who is touring the estate. Thus he is unable to show her his change in behaviour, fails to learn of her improved opinion of him, fails to meet the Gardiners, and fails to learn what happens to Lydia. First Lizzy had learned of Mr. Darcy's hand in breaking Jane's heart, and then he had offered the most insulting marriage proposal in history. Could a day get worse? Only if she were to be threatened at sword-point, tied up, and whisked away by a rogue, with only the world's most arrogant man to watch over her. Luckily, that wasn't very likely to happen...

This is a telling of North and South through John Thorton's perspective. Maybe not very original, but I always felt that he was such a complex character that he deserved a little more understanding of his inner workings from the reader. "T" just in case.
