Author has written 1 story for Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole.

Hello to anybody reading this! I am Gabi Girl 16, but for those of you who prefer nicknames, you can call me GG. I have been reading stories on FanFiction for a while now, and just recently decided to join in on the fun and write stories, too! For anyone curious, these are a few things about me.

Top Twenty-two Favorite Movies:

1.) Legend of The Guardians: The Owls of Gahoole. I instantly fell in love with the books that this movie is based off of, and soon after I finished the series the movie came out. I was a little reluctant at first, but after a couple of different perspectives from close friends, I took to the movie as well. I'm planning on my first story to be based on this movie.

2.) Frozen. I'm a true Disney girl who comes from a Disney loving family!

3.) Rio and Rio 2. I am obsessed with these two movies! There's cat people, there's dog people, and then there's bird people like me. I also love all the singing and dancing!

4.) The Hunger Games, Catching Fire, and the Mockingjay Part 1. I don't know a single person who doesn't enjoy these movies. In my opinion, the second movie is even better than the first and the third is better than the second! I can't wait to find out how good the last one will be.

5.) The Avengers and the Avengers: Age of Ultron. Again, I don't know a single person who doesn't enjoy these movies.

6.) Dolphin's Tale. So heartwarming, funny, and it's full of deep meanings and messages. Plus, it's about dolphins.

7.) Barbie and Her Sisters in a Pony Tale. I'm not a fan of all Barbie movies, and personally I think the older ones are better, but this takes the cake as my favorite!

8.) Tarzan. It's like a Disney classic, man, you have to love this movie!

9.) Happy Feet 2. "We're bringing fluffy back!" Flippers down, I liked this movie better than the first, but I don't think a lot of people are getting the messages both movies are trying to to tell us. We have to take care of our planet!

10.) Blue Planet. It's more like a documentary, but it is brilliant.

11.) Cars. This Disney movie is amazing. The sequel was good, but I prefer the first. Either one is good to watch on a road trip.

12.) Cats and Dogs. It's about cats and dogs, how can a person not enjoy this? It's meant for both cat people and dog people!

11.) The Road to El Dorado. To put it simply, I love the whole dang movie. It's that good.

12.) The Pacifier. This movie is like a classic among my family. It is tradition that every member of the family must watch it.

13.) Aristocats. How I love this movie! I watched it at such a young age that I still have blurry memories of it when I watched it!

14.) Chicken Little. Okay, these are one of those movies you have to be in the mood for. When I have a stressful day, I watch something totally silly like this.

15.) Homeward Bound. As an animal lover, this movie is a personally classic and a part of my childhood. It's funny, heartwarming, and meaningful at the same time!

16.) Dawn of the Planet of The Apes. This movie was an amazing film to watch, much more than I thought it would be.

17.) The Maze Runner. I saw the trailer before I read the books, then I read all the books before I watched the movie because of how interesting the trailer was. I knew I would like the movie, but it was even better than I knew it would be!

18.) Mean Girls. Another classic of mine and a memory of my childhood. I watched it and loved it when I was little, and I watched it again recently and loved it more. The reason why I loved it more? Now that I'm older I understand the jokes. Haha!

19.) 50First Dates. A favorite of my Mom's and mine. It can be sad at times, but the humor in it balances it out beautifully! Such a sweet movie.

20.) The Penguins of Madagascar. ...I'm smiling just remembering this movie as I write this.

21.) The Jurassic Park Movies. Every single one of them! From the first to the most recent one, they were incredible! I've always enjoyed movies about dinosaurs too, ever since I was little. The raptors are my favorites, as well as the dinosaurs that terrify me the most. At night after watching the movie, I keep thinking that they're going to come crashing through my windows.

22.) Pokemon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew. I saw this when I was little and I remember crying at the end. I don't like sad movies because after I watch them, I love them, and if I love them, I'll watch them again, and if I watch them again, I'll end up crying again!

Top Eight Favorite Books:

1.) Guardians of Ga'Hoole. Like I said, I instantly fell in love with these books, right from the very first chapter. When I was little, it was the the first book series I ever completed. These books bring back good memories.

2.) The Hunger Games Series. The second book is my favorite!

3.) The Maze Runner. All the books were full of suspense! Each book was better than the last, so the last was my favorite.

4,) The Selection Trilogy. It's like a less bloody version of the Hunger Games mix with some kind of bachelor T.V. show.

5,) The Nighttime Novelist. A guide to writing brilliant fiction. If you're wanting to be a writer in fiction, I suggest reading this. Of course, there are many more great advice books on writing, but this one is my favorite.

6.) Swordbird. Okay, so when I was young and not very interested in reading, I was given this book. I didn't want to read it. Therefor, I tossed into my closest. One year later, I'm cleaning out my closet and I come across this book again. Bored, I decided to abandon my task and read the book for a minute (I mean, I was cleaning out my closet. I must have been at the danger level of boredom). Turns out, I loved the book. Note to Self: Never judge a book by its cover.

7.) The Sunshine Girl Series. Well written, cute, and funny! I don't like scary stories, but if it has just a hint of scariness in it, I enjoy it. I think it's more like anticipation than terror, though.

8.) Survivors. It's a series about dogs, and I love dogs, so it was easy to love the book. I tried reading the one with the cats, but I didn't enjoy it as much as this one. I always feel sad when something happens to one of the dogs, which is often. It's not like the Maze Runner series, though, where something bad is happening to the people all the time. It's an easy read, something that I don't have to put much thought into and can simply enjoy on a lazy day. My favorite character is Alpha!

Top Seven Favorite Cartoons:

1.) Spongebob Squarepants. I know I'm not a little kid anymore, but I still enjoy cartoons like this! My friends and I like to refer to Spongebob as the King of Nickolodeon.

2.) The Amazing World of Gumball.I don't know why, but I really like all the screaming on this show.

3.) Teen Titans Go! I actually thought I wouldn't like this show, but I was wrong! Now I love it!

4.) Drake and Josh. An old favorite of mine.

5.) Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I love this show like crazy! I didn't know I would like it so much until I was by myself for two hours with nothing to do and nothing to watch on TV but this.

6.) My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic. I've noticed that a lot of T.V shows I like were the ones I thought I wouldn't like. This is one of them. Now, I'm one of those people who are crazy for this show! It's so good!

7.) Pokemon. So these are one of those things that I can ignore for years at a time, then randomly come across one day and the next thing I know, I'm sucked into it all over again. My favorite is the Diamond and Pearl series. I also enjoy the ones before it, but after D&P, I don't enjoy it anymore. I can't sit through X and Y without cringing, but I enjoy the game that it's based off of very much!

Top Six Favorite T.V. Shows.

1.) Charmed. It's about three sisters who all have names starting with the letter "P" and happen to be witches. It's a show I enjoy to watch during a sleepover or in the morning.

2.) Dogs 101. Careful, the theme song may get stuck in your head for hours at a time.

3.) Too Cute! Warning, the cuteness may be too much for some people to handle. I have fainted a number of times while watching this from cuteness overload.

4.) Worsts Cooks in America. It's funny and holds lots of interesting new recipes to try.

5.) Meerkat Manor. A soap opera and it's about animals? My kind of show.

6.) America's Next Top Model. Ever since I was little I would sit down and accidentally watch the entire marathon of a season. I would turn off the T.V and realize that the sun went down. How I managed to eat dinner in front of the T.V and not register how late it was, I don't know.

Top Three Favorite Games.

1.) Pokemon: X & Y. I love this game! I picked Froakie out of the three starter Pokemon.

2.) Twister. Do you know how hard it is to place your right foot on the red spot when the only red spot left is on the far left around several other people? I'll tell you: for me, it's impossible! I was also the biggest person playing, so when I fell, I brought down everyone with me. Does that mean I won?

3.) Disney Cranium. My favorite part is when you and your team have to go on a treasure hunt and find three items before the time runs out. Suddenly you're all standing up and shouting, "Quick! Find something yellow!"

Top Twelve Things I Enjoy:

1.) Roller Blading.

2.) Bird Watching.

3.) Writing, which is kind of obvious.

4.) Reading. They say those who write, read. And those who read, write.

5.) Horseback Riding.

6.) Eating Food and Chilling on the Couch.

7.) Practicing the Violin.

8.) Singing.

9.) Meditating.

10.) Watching a New Movie.

11.) Shopping and Wandering Around In the Mall.

12.) Baking, especially when the things I bake are delicious.

Top Six Things I Don't Like:

1.) Cruelty, torture, pain, and anything related to suffering.

2.) When people interupt me when I am speaking.

3.) When I become sick and my responsibilities go to another person. Whether or not I have a foot massager, my favorite TV show, and a cup of hot chocolate with me, it's tormenting to just sit down and do nothing when everyone else is doing work. It makes me feel like I should be pitching in.

4.) Evil, negative, or bad things. Yes, bad things can stay over there, please, and away from me.

5.) Messing things up or doing something wrong.

6.) Spiders. I mean no offense to any spiders, for I also hear that they are a sign of wisdom, but I would appreciate it if they stayed out of my house. Especially the big and/or venomous ones.

Top Six Favorite Animals:

1.) Owls.

2.) Macaws.

3.) Horses.

4.) Dolphins.

5.) Squirrels.

6.) Dogs.

Top Eighteen Most Used Phrases of Mine:

1.) "That's epic!"

2.) "Yepperoni doodle."

3.) "Hey-oh!"

4.) "Of course."

5.) "I said sit down!"

6.) "Uh...sure?"

7.) "I don't get it."

8.) "Good morning!"

9.) "How are you feeling?"

10.) "What did you say?"

11.) "Cool."

12.) "Yeah, technique!"

13.) "Yes, (person's name)?"

14.) "Sure."

15.) "Okey dokey."

16.) "Guys! What did I just say?"

17.) "I don't remember."

18.) "What was that!?"

My Style of Writing:

1.) Romance. A single red rose, a small box of chocolates, walks in a garden or on a sandy shore, thunder and rain, and a heart forever yours. I have to have some kind of romance in a story I read, or I lose interest quickly, even if it is an amazing story. I've recently discovered that I don't like a romance story where one of the couple dies. To me that's not romantic, that tragic. For me, it has to be a Disney's "and they lived Happily Ever After" or a Shakespeare's "She thinks him dead, takes her life, he awakes, finds her dead, takes his own life, and now both are dead!!"

2.) Adventure. Where's a story without a little adventure?

3.) Comedy. There has to be a good amount of humor in it or all the seriousness and emotional drama gives me a headache.

4.) Fiction. There's rarely a story that's based off of everyday life that I enjoy. To me, fiction is about telling a story that wouldn't usually happen in real life. Why would you read a story that's similar to reality when you get lots of reality everyday? Unless, of course, you happen to be a super hero like Captain America or Batman, then I can understand why reality is so interesting to read.

Imagine Me: My family and I enjoy playing a game we call "Who Am I?". We play this game often; whenever we read a book or watch a movie we all take interest in. Someone will ask which character in the book or movie that most resembles him or her, and everyone except that one person will put in a vote. These are a handful of characters my family claims are the most like me.

1.) Anna from Frozen. A couple of family members said otherwise, claiming that I'm more like Elsa. The higher percentage of votes, though, were on Anna. I agree.

2.) Twilight Sparkle from My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. I personally thought I was going to get Apple Jack, but, hey, I'm not complaining. I'm the alicorn, princess, AND the protagonist of the show! Woo!

3.) Otulissa from Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga'Hoole. Aaw...I wanted Nyra, but nobody thinks I'm at all evil or intimidating. I probably wouldn't say I'm Nyra, either. I like being Otulissa, though. She is a very beautiful owl and is known to be the most intelligent owl at the Great Tree. Again, I won't complain.

4.) Dynamite from Planes: Fire and Rescue. Cool! I like being her, she's like the leader of the squad of ground firefighters. That was a huge compliment for me.

5.) Linda from Rio 2. It makes sense, I suppose, but I can't help but complain about this one. I mean, there are birds (which I'm obsessed with), dogs, frogs, and a multitude of other animals in the movie, and I end up being a human!?

My Advice to Other Writers:

1.) Writer's Block. Don't believe in it, don't fear it. If you happen come to a point where you feel that you are drained of all ideas, all that means is that you probably need a break. Several days to two weeks is good, but don't take too long of a break or your writing imagination might be put on hold. You have to keep it stimulated, so even if you only write for about five minutes a day, even if it has nothing to do with your story, that's good.

2.) Ideas. This might also help with Writer's Block. A good way to find new ideas is to open up your mind to the possibilities. The sky's the limit. Going for a walk, watching a movie, reading books, and hanging out with friends is a great way to harvest new ideas. Also, if you're looking for an idea for your story, this little trick sometimes works: Write something completely outrageous or out of place, and it might spark your creativity. Who knows, you might add what you wrote to your stories!

3.) Protagonist. Somebody that you want to be, but not somebody who is perfect. If the main character is perfect, what's the point of the story? The character should learn and change as the story goes, but not in way that the protagonist is a totally different character. Also, you can't protect your protagonist, either. He or she has to learn on their own, so if they go through something horrible in the story, you have to let that happen (unless there's a reason you need to take that horrible part out of the story). In the words of Elsa from Frozen, "Let it go! Let it go!". You got to let your protagonist go, so they can grow.

4.) Romance. Don't let the star couple realize instantly that they are in love, they have to find that out. When they do find out, though, don't let them come right out and admit it. It's good to let them think it over, deny it, get angry about it, get confused over it, become worried about it, become unsure about it, or something of those sorts. There has to be a reason why they aren't together, or they would have been long before Chapter 1.

5.) Break Some Rules. None of the advice above or any "rules" of writing a story has to be solid. If your story calls for something that goes against what is usually written, whatever that may be, then go ahead and write it. You'll know, and so will your story, if it's meant to be there or not. If it's not, then your story will spit it right back out. If it's suppose to be there, you will feel persistant or determined.

6.) Still Learning. Being a writer as well, I may find out later that the advice I have written is inaccurate. If that were the case, I would fix it with the new knowledge I would have learned, but thus far, the advice I have given has worked for me.

Advice I Would Appreciate:

1.) How To Write An Antagonist. I've recently discovered that creating a bad guy is hard, or at least it is in my case. Any tips or hints on how to write the villian of a story would be a huge help.

2.) Romance. It's my favorite genre, so I'm always open to new suggestions.

3.) Suspense. I'm not the best at keeping secrets (I'm working on it) and I don't have much patience when it comes to suspense.

4.) Mystery. Same reason as my problem with suspense.

5.) One Too Many Characters. This is basically a question: How many characters should I make? I think I create too many.

I have just posted my first story ever! So far I only have one story up, but I do love writing stories so I'm sure more stories will be on their way very soon! I hope you all enjoy reading the stories that I write.
