I guess I wanted to make a proper profile for myself, so... Hi. I'm really just a random face in the crowd struggling terribly with mental illness and the workload of "growing up." My activity switches between drawing and writing (or neither) depending on my current mental state. My drawings can be seen on deviantArt under the username "coughandcolds."

So like... remember how I said I struggle a lot with mental illness? Yeah; clinical depression, GAD, and ADD plus the pressures of growing up = not much of a good time, and I tend to turn to the game, TV show, or song that I'm currently into to cope, especially with breakdowns. Right now, it's Minecraft: Story Mode. Now, usually I just look for the fanfic or the chapter or scene or song that perfectly fits what I'm feeling, but there's nothing like that for Minecraft: Story Mode. If there is, I haven't seen it yet. So I guess I'm taking it upon myself to make that content? To call attention to them??? Or something???? Yeah.

With that context out of the way, most of my stories are heavy with dark things. Morbid thoughts or events, existential crises, mental illnesses... basically all the dark, gritty things nobody wants to talk about. (Except rape and other things. I do not want to touch those- they mess terribly with my mental state.)

So TL;DR - I write things dealing with morbid themes both to cope with my mental illness and make the content I need to cope in the first place that nobody else is making.
