Well as my pen name suggests, I am a geek (and proud of it). I'm a compulsive reader. If it has print, I will read it. Oddly enough though, my spelling is atrocious for someone who constantly has her nose in a book. Thank god for spell check.

My SGA fanfics posted on this site (Breaking Point, Stability and Mixed Media)are 3 of my first ever fanfictions. Notice how I worked some shameless self-pimping into that last sentence?

As you may have guessed by my chosen subject matter I am a Stargate fan, with a leaning towards McShep. I swear those two should just get a room! I do like SG1 and even though I enjoy reading fanfic with Jack/Daniel I just don't see the pairing in the actual show, atleast not as obviously as I see John/Rodney in SGA. (does that mean I have to hand in my slash googles??)

I am actually a fan of the sci-fi, horror, mystery, humor, action-adventure and last but not least romance genres. My absolute favourite television show is Supernatural. I haven't attempted any fanfic for it yet but I do have some ideas kicking around. I am an unabashed Buffy fan. In my heart of hearts I will always be a Spike girl. I loved the movie Zombieland. Forget Witchita, I firmly believe Tallahassee and Columbus are meant to be 2gether 4ever lol. I am a Star Trek (TOS and Reboot) fan from waaaaaaaay back. Strangely for me, in the S.T. fandom I am all about the Spock/Ulhura pairing not Spirk. My current obsession is Sherlock Holmes. I recently watched the RDJ movie a time or 6 lol. Anyway that sparked an urge to reread the original Arthur Conan Doyle stuff so I have been working my way through those ,in between reading Holmes/Watson fanfic of course. The debate about the movie amuses me to no end. I am in the camp that believes Mr Doyle would enjoy the Guy Ritchie, Robert Downey Jr, Jude Law version. Is it completely faithful to the canon? No, but IMO it is one of the closest versions that has been made. Read the books if you haven't already and see what you think.

I welcome any and all comments and reviews, as long as they are not flaming. Archiving anything I have written is fine, just please let me know if you intend to do so. (mainly so I can squee that someone liked something that I have written) Anyway if you have any questions feel free to ask me, heck I might even answer them lol.

I am presently working on the next and hopefully last chapter for Mixed Media.

I've presently been bitten by a rabid plot bunny that is demanding that I write a fusion of SGA and the Julia Roberts movie Sleeping with the Enemy. I've tried to reason with it that no one wants to read that but the damn rabbit ain't listening. So I guess that will be the next story once I finish my 2 series.
