Author has written 5 stories for Mass Effect. The author typically writes in a personal creative universe, but may take time out to write other things if inspiration demands. The author is also firmly to the left of mainstream politics. I enjoyed Mass Effect; mostly, at least. The team at Bioware resorted to ridiculous plot devices(dead Shep, Cerberus, the Crucible/Catalyst), unfortunately. Here, we strive for something less absurd; we refuse to be bound by decisions that have only the illusion of alternate consequences, disposable plots(ME2 was not a bridge; it was a detour), and questionable gameplay mechanics. The decisions of Kara Shepard will have real fallout, not only for humanity's place in the galaxy, but for the galaxy at large. Do not expect Antiheroine to end like Mass Effect 1. |
