Sophia Tanner has always lived a pretty sheltered life. After her Mother died she's been living with her protective brother and his family of Fives. Times are tough and money is tight. So when the Selection rolls around, Sophia thinks of it as a miracle. Though when she enters, a new life filled with drama and sweet romances seem to overwhelm her. Can Sophia handle it all?

This story follows where Elite left off. America has made up her mind, knows what she wants but she doesn't know how to get there. Maxon knows what he wants, thought he knew how to get there but finds his world crumbling. An already difficult union is tested by secrets, lies and violence. Who can be trusted and what is the truth?

Every thought flew out of my head. There was a sound, echoing through my mind. The sound of violins squealing, squeaking, breaking…the completely chaotic, devastating symphony of heartbreak. My world was shattering all around me as if it had been made of glass. I was so in shock, I couldn't move. I had no control over my senses. I couldn't hear, couldn't speak, I couldn't even cry.

I really enjoyed the first two books but would like to add my own personal twist to it. A more of a romantic action twist ;) Please read and comment on the story.
