In the year 2388, half of Orlando is under the Atlantic and the other half is controlled by drug kingpins known only as the Massas. Deep in the Everglades lie mutant alligators, mosquitoes that take more than a bite, vaults that still hold survivors of the Great War, and an addict named Bernie, just trying to find the next high.
