I don't know exactly what to write here, but here it goes...

Hello everyone! :) My name is Louise and well...I love fanfiction?

Haha, forgive me. For the last few months I've been lurking around this site amazed at some of the works that authors have submitted. The scope of the English language never ceases to amaze me! I really enjoy reading different authors' perceptions on character personalities and the symbolism underlying their emotional development- amidst the craziness of trying to complete university and work it's nice to be able to sit down for a moment and trail through another adventure of your favourite characters from your favourite shows/manga/books!

Here are some points about me:

I am an Australian

After spending 8 years learning Japanese I have become immersed in Japanese philosophy and culture- it is my dream to travel back there one day

I would like to think that I'm fairly open-minded and approachable

I have been an avid Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings fan for years!

Thanks to youtube, I have also become an avid fan of Ouran High School Host Club (especially Kyouya/Haruhi)!

At the moment I am working on the first chapter of my own fic. I haven't thought of a title yet, but it's Kyouya/Haruhi-centric...I'm hoping to post it within the next week or two, so keep an eye out - I would love to hear what you all think. I am open to constructive criticism, but not to flames- I don't think that flames really achieve anything.
