Why is it epic?: I love Suzaku/Lelouch, if anyone has hopped on that bandwagon...it's me. This is an epic AU "series"/clusterfuck where Lelouch is teacher to delinquent!Suzaku at first, their love blossoms (Oh the angst!), Suzaku joins the military and Lelouch (who isn't too keen with this idea) accepts that Suzaku is going and wuuuuvs him. The kicker, he becomes consumed by his loneliness (how I perceived it...) and with the help of Milly becomes hooked on Refrain (bum bum buuuuuuuuum). One day he has what is pretty damn close to a fatal overdose, and is sent to rehab/the nut house only to be released into the care of Suzaku. The latest chapter ends with a bitch of a cliffhanger, and the reader's are left wondering if Lelouch has become a dishonest, broken junkie. Um, all aboard the angst train! I love this AU because it's perfect in every gd way and I haven't read a decent fan fiction in a significant amount of time. Lelouch as a Refrain addict is heartbreaking, and part of me wants him to slip further for a good read...let's see how it goes!
