Hey there!

I'm not sure what to say, so I'll tell a little about myself:

I like to draw and write and read (duh); I won't bore you with my age, but I'm probably too old to be writing fanfiction... but who cares. EMBRACE YOUR YOUTH!

I'm on my first story, "Home", an AU about the Naruto gang in the big city, focusing on Mr. Uzumaki himself.

For my readers: I love your reviews and thoughts, and I do read every single one. However, I'm swamped with, well, everything going on in my life (my head is bursting with story ideas, and I only have the time to write a chapter every so often), so I'm afraid I don't have time to reply to your posts. I don't mean to seem aloof or snooty; I simply don't have the time to reply to everyone's comments. Still, I appreciate your reviews. :) Keep rocking!

It was more of a 20 minute sketch than a really great quality pic, but hopefully you like it anyway and see how I imagined Naruto in my story.

UPDATE: For those of you who care, I kind of let this story go for a bit, but FEAR NOT. I have picked it up again.

Yes, that's right, I'm still writing!!! Who knows when I'll actually finish the next chapter, with all my classwork and lethargy, but take some comfort in the fact that it's not abandoned.

December 15th, 2013: Wow, I'm amazed by all the positive feedback I'm getting for "Home"! I had no idea that people were waiting so eagerly for an update! I appreciate every who had the time to drop a comment or review, even though I haven't replied to most of them, because I am generally a lame person. But you guys are awesome!

I will probably go back and edit the earlier chapters, because this story is heading in a very different direction than what I had originally planned. I had a general idea of what I wanted to happen, but there seems to be an actual plot forming here-- it's almost like it's writing itself, to be honest. So be on the lookout for updated chapters, and I'll also work hard to getting new chapters out.

As a warning, I'm a very slow writer, so new chapters will probably only be out every couple of months. I'm sorry that this is such a long wait, but I want this story to not be a total piece of crap, so I put a lot of thought into foreshadowing and planning and self-referencing and characterization. I also have a bad tendency to write disjointed scenes that I know will happen, then try to sew them together ; Probably not the best way to write, but it works well enough for fanfiction, I suppose.

Thank you again for all the favorites and reviews-- they really keep me motivated to write for the sake of the readers!

Still a turtle. Almost there, hang on people! I'm going to update all the current chapters at once a few days before uploading the new chapter so you can read the revisions before jumping into the new chapter.
