I finally did it!

I have been reading fanfictions for ten years now and I finally created an account on fanfiction.net ! I've always been one of these silent readers who follow their favourite stories with diligence, often thinking about letting a review and never doing it...but now it's time for a change!

I discovered fanfiction by chance when I was in highschool and I tumbled upon a Harry Potter fic. I never really let go of the HP universe and it is still my most beloved universe in fanfiction though I've been really keen on Divergent too lately.

I read fanfictions because I love playing with the characters in my head, like all of us I guess and I am a romance addict...I admit I mostly only read romance fanfics, except a few thrillers that have been adviced to me by friends.

In my ten years of fanfiction reading, I've been through a few pairings, most of them including an OC (please do not confuse with Mary Sues...), they give more freedom to the writer (I sometimes write fanfics which I hope someday I'll publish here when I feel confident enough and to me, it's like telling the story of a character who never appears in the books or shows etc, which is what appealed to me so much in fanfictions, getting to know the universe "in depth"...), they are also refreshing. But that's only my point of view...

English is not my native language, I'm French. However I now mostly read english-written works.

My favourite pairings nowadays are:

-Tom Riddle/OC (Harry Potter)

-Eric/OC (Divergent)

(I have a weakness for bad guys in fiction, hopefully not in real life)
