It certainly doesn't help that a pro-prey terrorist group has their sights set on Zootopia, and will do anything to get what they want.

AU, in his sacrifice to protect Gotham from being destroyed, Batman flies over the Atlantic Ocean carrying a bomb that triggers a chemical reaction and transports him into Zootopia. This is a continuation of "Tis the Season". You don't need to have read that one to enjoy this one, but it might make a little more sense if you have.
