Updated: 7/2/16...Greetings and salutations to everyone. As you can see, I have basically completed the first story (finally) of "Chuck vs A New Beginning (Revised Edition)" after all the editing issues and try to clean up other stuff to make the story flow better. Could it have been even better? Yes. Could I have dedicated a few chapters of Chuck & Hailey's departure from LA to Virginia Beach plus their 2 weeks together before his birthday? Absolutely, and was tempted to have Casino and Hailey surprise Chuck at the apartment. However, if I did that one part. Casey & Sarah couldn't enforce the cover or monitoring. Now if I decide to write a sequel, I have only a couple ideas especially for Chuck himself with the rest of his new family. The rest of the story basically could end up fighting Fulcrum and Ring with Sarah and company on that side.

Reviews are helpful and suggestions can improve, feedback is valued (unless you hate it because Chuck and Sarah are not together lol). What do you want to see in the sequel? Should I keep Chuck and company in San Diego area or relocate them back to Virginia Beach area or maybe Pensacola? Time-frame of the sequel, how much time should elapse from end of the first story and the start of the sequel? Ideas and suggestions are always welcome. One thing you will learn is there's more of new friends for Chuck to meet that's part of his new family.

Updated: 8/6/16...It's me again lol. Hope that everyone's doing okay and staying cool trying to beat the dog days of summer with this extremely hot and dry weather we've been experiencing. Looking at the stats on this story that I worked extremely hard to write hoping that it would be liked, was I disappointed? A little bit, but that's expected considering it had been done WITHOUT a Beta. It's not that I haven't been trying to find one, either they don't write anymore or have no time. Another thing I figured the reasons for the low numbers was the obvious "lack of Charah" otherwise it could've had about 200 reviews (insert sarcasm).

However, I do know that perhaps one of the biggest reasons besides that one was the flow of the story had not been consistent. Jumping about 6-8 months leaving major plot holes and some chapters that wasn't really detailed or developed enough, right now I'm working on fixing all of that. I already written about 4 extra chapters to bridge some of those gaps already. Once I get everything squared away, I will post the new version to this story which I hope everyone will like better. More updates will be coming soon.

Updated: 12/3/16...Hello everyone, just to give you another update unfortunately. Many of you may not know this but I currently work as a truck driver and my time is very limited due to my job has me making weekly runs to California and back every week. Because of that nature, I am only off for maybe 2 days tops which severely limits my time to continue any work on this story. I have not forgotten nor will I abandon this story, when time is made available to me I will continue to work on it. Happy Holidays to you all.
