Kagome starts a new quest with new friends and possibly a new love interest, Ed. Both hurdle across struggles and learn that they are stronger than ever. Incomplete, but aching to finish.

His howls haunted his castle and with nothing to do, his subjects call upon Kagome to subdue their lord. Rin has died and her death causes Sesshoumaru to loose himself to his beast. While subduing the Western Lord, Kagome inadvertently binds herself to the taiyoukai, making herself Lady of the West, and suffers all the perks and downsides of being human royalty in a demonic court.

Kagome didn't know what to think about going to stay with her uncle and going to a new school after everything she so hoping for some piece and quiet but after everything that had happened knew that wasn't going to happen.

It was only a kiss but it was enough to cause mayhem. Carlisle's idea of revenge unleashes carnage and it is up to the rest of the Cullens to decide whether run or fight.
