hello ducklings! So here's just an introduction of myself.

my name is Emerald. I have adored reading from such an early age my mom at one point had to monitor the amount of books I read because I would read all through the night and only sleep for a few hours. I've been writing stories since I was little but only personal ones that I never shared with anyone. I'm just getting into the authoring part of fanfiction but I began reading them when I was 11. I'm not sure if I'm any good at writing because compared to other authors my writing doesn't seem that great to me.

one thing I've promised myself though, is that I would never give up. my ambition is to one day in the future write my very own book and have it published. I know I have to start from somewhere so a few months ago I decided to open an account. reading so much has made it easier though, there are certain writing techniqies that I love and I take note of what makes them so good but at the same time I also take note of what doesn't work. I think that's the best way to progress you have to find your perfect writing technique.

i see this as a way to express myself and am addicted to fanfiction. i love answering any questions you guys have or helping out in any way i can. if you want to you can follow me on my tumblr i may post some things there that are not here, just some extra scenes or something. i love to draw so i might also post some fan art there my tumblr is: hazza-the-cupcake

i'm always open to new ideas and am willing to try any pairing for you guys.

I'm in high school so I find it very hard to write stories regularly but I really try very hard. At the moment i'm hectically busy but i try not to leave a story updated for at least a month, max.

my hobbies also include :

playing instruments (guitar, piano, drums, violin etc..)

sleeping :D

I love music just as much as I love reading and most of the time songs are my inspiration. I will most definitely have at least one song in any of my fics. some will feature in them and some may just be to listen to in order to get into the mood of things.
