Izuku wasn't Quirkless when he received One For All. Of course, it's just typical he didn't find out until Yuuei. It helps that everyone likes his singing voice but less helpful when Bakugou calls him Rapunzel a la Tangled. Slight AU where Izuku can heal others if he hums or sings to them.
