He said "we're in the Endgame now" like everything else would be easy. Like there was an end and after they won they'd be okay again. Which is a load of shit, because there's no end for Peter and nothing's okay.

Peter Parker needs help. Can Tony give it to him, along with the rest of the Avengers, or will they fail, and have to watch Peter break gradually, day after day. AU where Peter's backstory is different, and the Avengers are only just finding out about the boy's past. Whump/Angst. Please read the warnings in the Author's Note at the start of the chapter.

For days after their journey, Kris is continually absent from school. The title does a good job summarizing it. Peter gets hurt, gets sad, gets mad, and stays strong. But the poor boy needs help.
