![]() Author has written 15 stories for NCIS: Los Angeles. Hi all I write for my own enjoyment. My writings will probably never be as goods as some of the other peoples on this site but that is all ok. I currently have an addiction for NCIS Los Angeles, although I enjoy most police/proceedural shows. To the people that review and add either story or author alerts, THANK YOU. Words can't express the warm fuzzies that they are, they are nearly as good as fresh cream donuts from my local bakery. (Baked not fried with whipped cream and Anathoth jam). I am still in denial about the killing of Mike Renko, we don't see him for two seasons and they bring him back to kill him? The powers that be should have had him come in a couple of times in the season so we would have felt more of a bond with him in this season. Killing of Lauren Hunter is acceptable, she wasn't popular with the core team charactors and we had time to bond with her this season. Season 4 is now showing. Praise the gods of tv programming and internet tv. Does anyone wonder if the actual writers/creators/stars of the show read this stuff? I think that maybe they do and then take the idea and put their own twist on it. I know that obviously they film so many weeks in advance and there are needs for scripting approval and writing time, I would guess about eight weeks for each episode to be completed from writing to post production. They have taken real cases and put them in the show, so why not take a little of the fan fiction too? Really when you think about it, do they read to see what we put as fallout from an event? Things that have been written online before and then shown up in some form on the show. Deeks' birthday - yep I wrote it back in September 2012 and it was for his 33rd birthday, the one on the show he turned 34. Swear jar - Another writer had this a few months before it appeared on the show Tahoe - Maxie Kay wrote about a case in Tahoe, and where did Deeks invite Kensi for Xmas? That's right, Tahoe Deeks and Kensi surfing - Several writers have done variations on this. Deeks investigating a mole in the police - thepixiesmademedoit started her story Natural Equilibrium in September 2011 Thoughts that have mad me either giggle or think about the bigger picture. - I am who I am. Your approval is not needed. - Now and then it is good to pause in our pursuit of happiness and just be happy. - I am opening a gym called "Resolutions". It will have exercise equipment for the first two weeks and then turn into a bar for the rest of the year. - I wish cake went straight to my boobs. - I exercised once, but found I was allergic to it. My skin flushed and my heart raced. I got sweaty and out of breath. Very dangerous. - I'm on that new diet where you eat everything and pray for a miracle. - Everyone thinks that a girls dream is to find the perfect guy. Pfft please, every girls dream is to get thin by eating cupcakes. - Always keep a bottle of champagne in the fridge for special occasions. Sometimes the special occasion is that you've got a bottle of champagne in the fridge. - If it's good, it's wonderful, if it's bad, it's experience. No regrets. - A party without cake is just a meeting. - "Do you want my left over bacon?" Said no one ever. - A day without a nap is like a cupcake without icing. - Somedays you just have to create your own sunshine. |
