One summer during college, Jane and Maura meet at the beach. Jane is working as a waitress and Maura is studying for her Medical College Admissions Test. Months after Neverland, Regina and Emma have become friends, and all it takes for a push in the right direction is for Regina to see Emma's wallpaper on her phone.

AU for AU week! Imagine Bering and Wells as musicians. Helena is a pianist who suffers from a creative block and can't play anymore and Myka is an actual musical therapist. Helena's friend sees her as the last hope, but HG doesn't even want to meet her until Myka makes her own way into Helena's life. Trigger warning for depression.
