Life has become much more calmer now, as you read this. I've made peace with the crazy young man residing inside. And while the world around me does not relent, I feel peaceful. My multiple lines of work, while still keep me fairly busy, do no longer overwhelm me. Man, does that sound lame or what?

But I guess that's just the cuckoos growing wearier of all the chirping, the squawking, and the... uh, cuckoo-esque sounds. Now that writing is indeed one of my means of sustaining my hopeless ass, I feel just a little bit more confident when it comes to actually putting something up in here.

So, here are the little ditties on some of the Original Characters I'll be using for Seasons at the Brink. All names are in Given Name first / Family Name second. Remember, I don't do the whole Self-insertion / Mary-Sue / Marty-Stu thing. (Soon I'll post some of the OC's involved in Teems of the Deranged Please be patient).

Mikuni Hoshi:
Age : 37
- Mother to Ryu. Her gentle nature, going in a strange hand-on-hand with the early years of her life spent training Ansatsuken, has given her a veritable edge on most situations during her life. Took an interest and later on started to study medicine after turning 18.
- Does not look her age, which concerns her a bit, since being quite good looking does not give her much "cred" among the medical community. Avid polyglot. Has an affinity to Folk music.

Benjamin Ernst Myers
Age : 20
A.k.a. : "Benny" / "Ben". "Kanzen".
- Bandmate of Iori and Ryu on Larvæ, band in which he takes care of the chunky guitar parts, along with the occasional lead break and songwriting ventures. Born of what he describes as a ludicrous "Scottish-Swedish" Alliance, Ben has been considered a musical prodigy both in his native Washington D.C. and Japan.
- And while gifted as a musician, Benny feels completely weird in Japan, himself describing it as "the most fucked up Culture-Shock any one has ever experienced". He likes piano-driven music and rapid tempo guitars.

Toru Akagi
Age : 19
A.k.a. : "Tommy" / "Boom"
- Drummer, gentleman, severe tinnitus bearer. He is the main man when it comes to the rhythm sectio, which he constructs from behind his resistant kit. While admitting that he knows Iori from way back when, they rarely seem to agree on something when it comes to music.
- Despite initial wariness, Ryu and him quickly bonded through their mutual appreciation for a band with a particularly iffy acronym. Does not beat around the bush when it comes to speak his mind; weary of debauchery and making a fuss.
- Caffeine is his drug of choice. Likes challenging music: "just easy on the bullshit, okay?".
