Okay so here goes.

I am an avid reader of FanFics but have not written any...yet. I do have a few plot bunnies running around my head but not sure when they will stop running around and settle into place so I can write about them.

Harry Potter:

I am a huge fan of the Harry Potter world and Thank JK for writing them and allowing us to play in her sandbox with her world and characters. While I don't agree with her pairings at the end and the deaths of really awesome characters I find her to be a great author.

My favorite pairings are:

Sirius & Hermione, Draco & Hermione, Harry & Hermione and Remus & Hermione.

My least favorite pairings are Ron & Hermione (except as friends), Harry & Ginny, Draco and Astoria. Sorry guys but I think Ginny is nothing but a fangirl who was raised to believe that she WOULD marry Harry the-boy-who-lived. I think Ron makes a great friend to Hermione but she surpasses him on too many levels to make a good couple. I think that Draco and Astoria were an arranged marriage and Draco could never be truly happy with her or Pansy and Daphne.

My favorite characters are Harry, Hermione, Draco, Sirius, Remus, Minerva, Filius Flitwick, Severus, George and Fred, James, Lily, Blaise, Luna, Neville, Susan, Tonks, Kingsley and the list goes on. I do not care for Molly, Albus, the Dursleys and nearly all of the Death Eaters exceptions being Narcissa and Lucius. I believe that Lucius was forced by his father into Voldyshorts circle.

I do review the stories I read and refuse to send flames because in the end it is the writer's own story as seen from their perspective. I also don't send flames for grammar or the like because I know not everyone is an English major or even English speaking. So kudos to all of you whom English is not your first language for sharing your wonderful ideas and stories. To those who are not well versed in grammar or spelling I can read what you are saying and make mental corrections where necessary without insulting you as others have done. Also, I do not question the author's choices or ideas as they are just that the author's and should be respected as that.

A little about me:

I am a mother of 3 grown daughters and an avid reader of literature both books and fan work. I have 2 grandbabies...well they are 6 and 9 right now. I have also read some fanfics on The Big Bang Theory, I like the Sheldon and Penny pairing the best. My daughter, who introduced me to FFN, has read many stories from her favorites.

I read a lot of different types of genres old classics, new what I believe to be classics someday, although I have to say I couldn't read the Twilight series by Stephanie Meyers however, I found the Host to be well written. Autobiographies, historical, etc...I think you see where I am going with this I love to read.
