Jordan Johannes is a freshman in high school and stand user from birth who wants nothing more than a clean slate to start making friends. He gets his wish when he moves to the mysterious coastal town of Riverford, but quickly finds that the locals aren't too happy with outsiders. It's up to Jordan and his stand, CHAMPION, to solve the mysteries of Riverford.
