Author has written 4 stories for Song of the Lioness.

///Edit as of April, 2006: I know all of you are wondering where I am, and what's going on. So, I'm (briefly) answering your questions here instead of posting it as a chapter, cause we all hate it when someone finally updates and it turns out to be a bunch of excuses for why they can't/haven't updated. Basically, I hit Junior year, and my life went insane, and I haven't been able to find it since. I will not be updating until it is over, because I can barely sleep let alone write. However, I love you guys because, throughout this long long absence, I haven't gotten many of the mean bitter 'update now' reviews. And that means so so so much to me. Therefore, in thanks, I promise to finish "Crossing the Borders" after the school year ends. I may also decide to continue my other stories, however, I would also like to propose something. Just like all other authors, I love my babies (otherwise known as stories), but I don't know if I'll finish the ones that are only partially completed. Therefore, if any of you are interested in taking them over (with my permission!) you should email me and we can discuss it. So, anyway, thank you guys so so much, I love you all, and I promise to finish after school. Till free time decides to befriend me once again! 3

I write.

I also feel the need to overburden myself with tons of activities. Amoung these time consuming extra-curriculars are: synchronized swimming (yes, at 16 hours of practice a week, it IS a sport), water polo, theater, volunteering with the local Youth Empowerment program, student council, band, and a job. Sometimes I even finish my homework. As long as I keep a gpa of 4.0, I've satisfied my parents. And somehow I also find a few hours a day to read, write, hang out with my friends, and shop.

However,I do have the qualifications to know that if you tear out your knee, and then have the pleasure of having surgery, you're likely to be excused from most of the activities due to your inability to walk. That said, I wouldn't recommend it. Crutches are torture. And Vicoden isn't helpful for a girl struggling to maintain As in her Algebra class. Why do we even have to learn math anyways? It is a vile subject.

Book-wise I like everything. Favorites include Tamora Pierce, Anne McCaffrey, Meg Cabot, Sara Douglass, Robert Jordan, Sarah Dessen, the Harry Potter series, and the Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants.

When it comes to fics I mostly read TP, and write TP. I really like anything to do with Kel, because her story was really the only one that didn't end all nice and tied up in a bow. I read anything as long as it's good. I write Kel/Neal. Dom is way too old for her. And Neal is just great. And none of my fics include Yuki, she's too nice to break her heart.

And, um let's see. I live in an unspecified city that has a very popular, very good football team that I am obsessed with. And for all you out there that's American football. Unfortunately I am an American. I wish I wasn't. English sounds good. Cool accent too.

I'm also a fairly sociable person, and love meeting new people. Emails are welcome, as are ims if any of you have msn messenger. My email address is displayed above. And any reviews you wonderful people send me make my day. Seriously. You should see the smile on my face just thinking about it : ). So try to find the time to review my little stories.

Also, I take reviewing seriously. Although I rarely have time to simply browse fanfic and review random stories, if ANY of you want help or advice, all you have to do is drop me a review or an email and ask. I'm always here, and I am happy to provide advice, plot ideas, beta-ing, and to just listen. If anyone ever just needs someone to talk to about life, I would be happy to respond!

Love for now, ever, and always!

Em
