Storybrooke S1 AU - Gold discovers that Belle is alive and working as a stripper named Lacey. He is determined to find a way to keep her safe from Regina and her misogynistic boss, Keith, while trying to gain her trust and help her to remember who she really is.

After their encounters with Merida and the Dark Swan, Belle and Rumpelstiltskin return home to work toward fixing their broken relationship. This one shot takes place immediately after the events of 5x06 - "The Bear and the Bow." This is the conversation that Rumbelle NEEDS to have, but since I doubt that the show will ever give it to us, I decided to write it myself.

S1 AU of how Rumpelstiltskin first encountered Belle in Storybrooke - as a mannequin in his shop. One shot inspired by a photo of Robert Carlyle holding what looks to be a mannequin head. Blame Tumblr for this one.
