I'm randombookworm29 (because I'm both random and a bookworm)and I'm now, finally, 18. I'm from England. I've had an urge to write a Harry Potter fanfiction for a long time, but I've only just started having any decent ideas. In my free time I like to read (Harry Potter of course, anything by David Gemmell, Tolkein and also any books on the Celts), draw, listen to music and write of course! I take English Language, English Literature and 16th Century history at college.

I really like fanfics that focus on the characters that are shown less in the Harry Potter books. This is because I think it's interesting to see Hogwarts and the rest of the wizarding world from a different point of view. Anyway, I've always wondered what life is like in other houses at Hogwarts, so that's why I'm writing my first fic from Padma Patil's point of view. Go Ravenclaw!

Through a Ravenclaw's Eyes: Padma Patil's Story, is now, sadly, on hiatus. I'm finding very little time to write anything for this story, as my life is becoming increasingly hectic with college work, university panic andnetball games/practices. I've also been spending more time planning and writing my first book. I hope that all of my loyal reviewers can understand that times are changing, and, as fond as I am of Padma and my version of her story, it is unlikely that I will be updating for a long time, if at all. You have all made me feel as though I have a talent for writing, and I hope that you realise that your positive comments have spurred me on to continue writing my first book.
