![]() Author has written 6 stories for Naruto, and Harry Potter. Introducing myself as a writer: I aspire to be a professional writer and best selling novelist, writing a book which brings people all around the world that same happiness that I get from reading a fantastic story has always been my dream. Because I'm using this site for practice, alot of the style and technique which I display in them will be entirely experimental so I apologies in advance if it sucks. Though I do enjoy and appreciate romance and the part it plays i creating a mutli-layered and enjoyable plot, I have never and will never write a story which can be called a "romance". Though it will play a noticable role in almost any store I write, romance will never be a central theme and is something that I have always beleived is most enjoyable when used as a subtle sub-plot used to promote character development more than anything else. Recently, I've discovered that I rather enjoy spending time in the "RP" forums, it calls for a level of character understanding that I find to be magnificently helpful as writer, just as an actor must truly centralize a character to give a good performance, so must a writer be able to recognize the inside and out of a character in order portray them in a 3-dimensional light. As you can probably tell, I have a slight problem with run-on sentences but I happen to think that, that only adds to my voice as a writer, though you are welcome to disagree. I recently managed to get myself a BETA reader and she is fantastic! Not only is she an amazingly skilled writer herself, but she shares many of my ideals when it comes to writing and I don't believe I could have dreamed up a better BETA reader. I have always believed that the single most important aspect of a story is to make the characters feel like real people, ones whom the reader can't help but feel attached to, I still have a ways to go as a writer before I can do such a thing properly but I feel it helps to understand my writings if you know that I write with the motivation to make characters who live in the most fantastic worlds imaginable feel just as real as you or me. |
