Sodapop's twin sister Katie is in the same boat as the rest of the gang after the events of the outsiders: trying to be normal. When one night a group of Socs go too far, Katie has to deal with more than she can handle, the socs and a secret romance. The gang is left to pick up the pices and the relationships of the Curtis siblings are tested once more.
