Updates

January 15th, 2009--Oh boy, it's been a long month. @_@ Finals are in a few days, which explains the lack of fic both in my LJ comm and here. I'm writing, rest assured, just more to appease my insanity than to actually write. With that said, I apologize for delays in updates.

My father left for the military a couple weeks ago, so things have been hard at home. I'm helping my mother out with the siblings, but I'm experiencing some troubles myself. I do believe that once my father comes home and the new semester starts, I'll be okay. I'm trying to expand my fandoms, too, so please bear with me as I familiarize myself with some new canon. Among a list of things that I'm writing, a post-AJ Godot/Desiree story awaits you. That should be interesting.

As for actual fic updates, I've decided to put Ever Unconvinced on hiatus for the time being while I finish up some other projects. Elemental will come to a close by the end of April at the most. Make Yourself does have a chapter in the works, and I was working on it up until my father left, so I'll pick that up again. Sleeps With Butterflies' new chapter hasn't been started yet since I've been brainstorming, so please be patient with that. Lachrymose has some new oneshots that will be added in a few days. Well, that's all, really, and I'll update once more in February. Until then!

December 18th, 2008--Hey everyone! Happy holidays. I've tried becoming more active. I actually updated Elemental and posted new stories: Sleeps With Butterflies, Make Yourself, and Lachrymose. School has been absolutely hectic, and time for writing has been limited. However, winter break is coming very, very soon, and I will make sure you'll have enough updates so that you won't complain when I'm studying my ass off for finals. xD

I can't believe how long of a year it's been. Words can't describe my thanks and gratitude for all of the support you guys have given me. Here's to another year full of crack, ship and smut! :'D

November 1st, 2008--A lot of things have happened since I last updated. School basically ate my soul. If you've been following my LJ at all, you'll know that I've been still writing, just not updating the ones that I currently have up. I promise that I'll start writing more for these stories around Christmas time, since I'm getting a shiny new laptop and everything. Really guys, I haven't abandoned this site; FF.net will start becoming a personal archive for fics right now, though.

August 8th, 2008--Sorry for the lack of updates, everyone. If you're reading them, that is. I'm focusing on a story that isn't currently posted on FF.net right now. I promise you that new chapters of The Sum of Small Things, Ever Unconvinced, WAWDTA and Elemental will be up before the end of the month. If you haven't already noticed, I posted a Matt Engarde x Maya Fey story. It's a bit on the crackier side, but then again it's a crack pairing which I probably couldn't do justice anyway. I seem to have a habit of shipping these kinds of pairings.

I saw The Dark Knight yesterday, but there's not a snowball's chance in hell I'm getting into the fandom. If anything, it'll be gen. If by some freakish epiphany I do decide to write any ships, it'll be Harvey x Rachel. Nothing else. Sorry guys. D: But in any case, I highly recommend you check out Kendra Luehr's (she's one of my favorite authors!) An Unhealthy Obsession. It's Joker x Rachel, but I'm warming up to it and this story has helped. I'll be on yet another vacation from August 22nd-29th.

July 21st, 2008--I'm going to attempt to write something new for The Sum of Small Things, so I might start working on that when I'm done with the third chapter of EU.
