Red Hood finds himself in the MU, & while he waits for his universe to find him, he decides to protect the city he finds himself in his own special way. Meanwhile the Avengers get reports that Red Skull has set up shop in their city, and so the Avengers & Shield get involved. Coincidence? I think not. (I don't own anything but the plot, and the cover art isn't mine either.)

Damian didn't know how he'd ended up in some alley in a city he didn't recognize, but he did know that being in an alley in a city he didn't recognize was a bad thing. What happens when he finds out that Bruce Wayne doesn't exist in this world, let alone Batman! Now he has to seek help from some imbeciles who can't even keep a secret identity.
