The Portal storyline had a good ending but this has some other ways the game could have ended. Better endings and much worse ones.

Chell fully expected to succumb to Mobility Gel poisoning when her health started to fail a year after her release from the Aperture Enrichment Center. What she didn't expect was to find herself saved by the very constructs that tried to kill her.

The Aperture Science Red Phone Plan was supposed to be a measure against GLaDOS becoming sentient and godlike. Obviously that didn't work out. Who in the world was on the other end of the phone?

Chell's out of Aperture and ready to move on. Wheatley's left with nothing but his own personal demons as company in Earth's orbit. GLaDOS has two new robotic test subjects that will never fail. But will the past let any of them move on?

GLaDOS's first awakening results in utter failure, and the scientists try everything to make her "behave." Complete!

When GLaDOS shows up at her door in android form, Chell decides to allow the homicidal AI into her home until she can be properly returned to her body. This would probably be Chell's worst decision yet. Chell/GLaDOS. R&R.
