We're in Season 3 after the first two dinners with mixed success. Then I deviate from the TV series. Louisa and Martin have a date for a third dinner when something goes horribly wrong.

A series of scenes, vaguely connected, starting the day of James Henry's birth and moving forward - and backward - in time. I've fiddled a bit with the events of S5E1; the rest of the vignettes take place either post-"Ever After" or pre-"Going Bodmin".

After the birth of their son, Louisa and Martin are trying to find a way to live together and care for their child, when Martin has to cope with another blow. Will this tragedy make the bond between Louisa and Martin stronger, or will it tear them apart?

Martin meets Louisa in New York, which causes their insane love for one another to blossom. Is it early enough after the Edith dilemma to turn his personalitly around? Sorry for the causation of any confusion!
