My name is Melissa and I've been writing my entire life. I'm currently a college student in NY and hopefully going to be transferring soon. I mostly write poetry, and I'm a lil new at writing fanfics but either way I hope everyone who reads my stories enjoys what they see.

My first story is Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets told from a different characters point of view. Ginny Weasly. It explains how things happen in her eyes, hence the title "What's Behind Ginny's Eyes"

The second story I have posted is the romance of Professor Snape and an American teacher. There is something mysterious about her, and she later realizes that her eyes have a hidden power... Also the character of Daniel Malfoy, whom you have to read to understand the basis of the character, is related to Draco, its his older brother...Read to know more

Two of my recent stories are short stories. I had to write them for my Creative Writing class, and figured why not post them and see what people think. My first one is a new twist on the story "Beauty and the Beast" titled "The New Beast". My other is an original story told through the eyes of a 6 year old girl. She tells about her birthday and how it was the best ever. Read to know more and let me know what you think in reviews.

I would like to thank the people who have graciously submitted views to my 2 stories and i hope that more of you will read them. I like knowing what other people think of my writing. It gives me a sense of accomplishment.
