Group B wakes up after being rescued from WICKED's lab and they encounter Teresa in Aris's room. In mess of the confusion, the group realizes that they've been marked by WICKED with various tattoos, leading to more questions they want answers for.

After saving the world on her first mission, Roxy reflects on her first day of initiation. While she may have been trained and primed for the Kingsmen organization, she could tell that she was going to be the underdog amongst these arrogant boys until the last recruit strolled in. He had that sloppy south London look going on but she had a gut feeling that there was more to him.

Most girls would have freaked out about waking up to find themselves tied to the train tracks as a train was pulling in, let alone going to a party with the intention of charming another girl. Teresa and Brenda end up sitting next to each other on The Berg after Thomas falls asleep. Initially it started out awkward, sitting next to another girl that Thomas had been close to at some point, until they found parallels in their struggles.

AU After losing her twin brother to cancer, Teresa is forced to attend a grief support group at the urging of her aunt and doctor. She was expecting it to be a depressing session of too much crying but she crosses paths with another girl with whom she bonds with. She helped Teresa see things differently, which helped alleviate some of the pain she felt.

She caught Minho's eye. He should have felt weird talking to his clone in girl form but some how, it just feels right… "Cute Girl" Minho talks to in the berg from The Scorch Trials was reimagined as Minho's Group B counterpart (Her name comes from the Korean independence activist named Maria Kim.) The Scorch was over but the real challenges were coming.

After Thomas is captured by Group B, Maria (Group B's Minho) questions whether Teresa is being as truthful as she claims she's being and confronts Harriet and Sonya later when they set up camp. She presents her theories and reminds them that they are the leaders of this group and need to regain control of it before things go wrong.

AU Teresa wanders into a fancy fashion boutique on a whim after looking at the window displays. Okay, so there's no way she could afford anything in this place and really, the stuff was maybe not her style but it was the only way she could check out the shop clerk without looking like a total loser, right?

AU The Gladers attend an international college preparatory school. After Thomas sits through a lesson on cultural practices for Valentine's Day, he is motivated to gather his courage and make a unique box of chocolates for his crush. Minho was used to seeing tons of gifts in his locker and on his desk every Valentine's Day but he felt drawn to one box in particular.

AU: Instead of sitting around and moping on Valentine's Day, Sonya decides to go out and capture her day in photos. Between the bites at local eateries and bike riding along the beach, she keeps running into a tall, lanky blonde with a crooked smile and a warm accent. She's never seen him before, but maybe he's the little mystery that she needed on a day like this.

AU Thomas is having the WORST day ever. No one seems to care/remember it's his birthday & he misplaces a preferences quiz in Study Hall while trying to pass it off. AU: Gally is one of the top athletes on the WICKED University wrestling team. At the advice of his coach, he decides to spend some time in the gym doing weight training. Because it was Valentine's Day, he had the gym all to himself. Well, him plus a good-looking blonde from the cross country team.

AU: To him, Valentine's Day was just another busy day meeting his advisor for thesis prep, catching up on the week's assignments, and working a full shift at the nearby coffee shop to pay the bills. "What's your strongest brew ya got?" the blonde asked him with a warm accent. New guy obviously, he thought as he looked up and locked eyes with the blonde. Yup this shank's new.
