Draco took on the Dark Mark for his father; he wasn't thinking about what effect it would have on him if serving the Dark Lord turned out to be a mistake. He certainly wasn't thinking about the effect it would have on his son more than a decade later. One-shot.

And, like five years ago, Toothless uses the tail to leave Berk - but this time, it's not because of a helmet. He comes back late, but Hiccup can't hold a grudge against such a pleasant surprise.
