Things I don't like in fanfiction: MPreg, OC, OOC, Mary/Gary Sue, FLUFF, ROMANCE without Angst, crappy writers. Ew...I have only read 1 MPreg that I thought was good. I read YAOI for a reason. If I wanted there to be babies I would be into HET. OC's are probably my biggest no-no. I HATE OC's. It takes many many many chapters of a fanfic for me to accept them. I'm too sick of seeing poorly characterized people that I don't accept them anymore. OOC. I like couples because I like the way their characters interact. Making them OOC is like making a character that just LOOKS like the person I love. That, and OC's tie into my dislike of Gary/Mary Sue. No one is perfect. I don't want to see someone who is. I can't stand Fluff and Romance without angst...there is just not enough going on. I like to see characters crumble. Crappy writers I don't like very much either. I normally can get over it if there is still good plot. But I still don't like it. I know I'm not that great myself, but I grew up wanting to be an English Professor. I have read far to many amazing pieces of literature to have a very high tolerance for it.

Things I like in fanfiction: Violence, N/C, D/C. H/C, BDSM, Character death, Nec, Cannon, AU, Beast. I like EVERYTHING exept the things I mentioned that I don't. I really like dark fics. So anything that has really sad/cruel undertones are my favorite.

Or has this been happening inside my head?'/Dumbledore beamed at him, and his voice sounded loud and strong in Harry's ears even though the bright mist was descending again, obscuring his figure./ 'Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?'" — Voldemort had been gone for 19 years, when Harry’s scar begins to hurt what else can he assume but the worst? Slowly things begin to appear not what they seem…what happens when the definition of dream and reality is gone?
