A tale of two royals, bound by fate, birthrights, and love; an alternate telling of Fire Emblem Fates: Revelation (Arc 3/5 finished)

This is my First Story. Two Nations. One is desperate and the other does not easily trust outsiders, and at the center, a sheltered Princess is force to make difficult choices for the good of all and in her quest for what's right many will expect much of her and others will stand with her and among the latter there is only one she truly trust to help her save her homes.

Princess Corrin, once thought dead, has been found alive and well. The problem? In the time since she vanished, she's become a career criminal, leaving her family struggling to deal with the wayward princess. What none of them know, however, is that her reemergence has set off a chain of events that threaten to unearth secrets that could change Hoshido and Nohr forever. A Fates AU.

I swear, every time I turn around, someone else has got a clever idea to get me killed. And it usually works. Death doesn't seem too keen on sticking with me, though, so I guess I can get over it. Self-insert, mostly for fun. Rated T for now, might change in future.

The second time Robin woke up in the field, he was crying.

In one world, Robin died abandoned by those she thought friends, with the sword of her lover driven into her chest. In another world, a young man with no memories of his past was trusted to guide Ylisse in war. Given a new chance, the broken queen will make sure this young tactician survived, no matter the cost.

Ylisse carries a history of dragons, and stories whisper of their powers mingling with Exalts and Grimleal. To a prince and tactician they are only tales, until a fateful night burns away myth and makes it all too real. A loose (very loose) adaptation of Nintendo's thirteenth Fire Emblem game - Awakening.
