Hi all Potter fans, I'm doing a fic for Colin Creevey's entire story from before he starts Hogwarts to the end but look out for other fics here too. I will include a Harry Potter quote which I love at the start of each chapter of Colin's story.

I'm Lucy, age 16, but I'm called snapealways7 because Snape's my favourite character - I just think his story is so amazing and developed so well, "always" because that's what he says about Lily and 7 for the number of Potter books (and horcruxes).

A little about me...

I absolutely love writing and reading with a passion - beats TV any day!

I also love random things like music, summer dresses, huge winter jumpers, Christmas, travelling, chocolate, mushy quotes, climbing trees, snow ball fights, cooking, laughing so much your stomach hurts, car journeys when its raining, skiing, live concerts, kissing in the rain, looking through old photo albums, talking for hours at a time, Severus Snape, dancing (even though i'm terrible), Irish accents and errr HARRY POTTER.

My dream is to write a book some day.

My fave time of day is really early morning when no-one else is up and you can sit outside and read (in the summer)

Hate maths, LOVE english.

I eat at least one bowl of cereal a day - soooooo addictive

JK Rowling is my favourite author because she taught me how you can truly get lost in, fall in love with, cry at, laugh at, learn from and be inspired by books, which is why Harry Potter has been, is and will always be my favourite book series of all time.

Things that Harry Potter taught me:

- That there is no such thing as love at first sight. Love is something that builds between two people that have known each other a while. It's also not perfect (Ron and Hermione shed many tears (well hermione does) before finally admitting they love each other).

- That it is our choices that show who we truly are far more than our abilities.

-That it matters not what someone is born but what they grow to be.

-That Ron has the emotional range of a teaspoon.

-That differences of language and habit are nothing if our aims are identical and our hearts are open.

-That you should crush Sopophorus beans not cut them when making the Draft of Living Death.

-That happiness can be found, even in the darkest of times if only one remembers to turn on the light.

-That mistletoe is often infested with nargles (Good old Luna)

-That there are some things you can't share without ending up liking each other and knocking out a twelve-foot mountain troll is one of them.

-That it doesn't do to dwell on dreams and forget to live.

I know everyone says this but if you read anything of mine it'd be great if you could review it, even if its just one word and constructive criticism is great in my opinion! Plus ideas for future chapters are cool and PM me if you ever want to I will always reply!
