After a weekend of romance between Kate and Rick, Kate is left alone, pregnant with his child. Five years later, a murder leads Kate to question Rick, where she can't seem to get rid of him after. How long can she go keeping their daughter a secret from him? Can they forgive each other?

Part 1 Rick and Kate both think the other is in a relationship with someone else. But when they go to a crime scene from 1970 they get trapped in a cold war bomb shelter. They have to spend the next three days talking to one another, opening up to each other, instead of hiding from their feelings that are getting stronger by the minute.
