Um... I mainly wanted to get an official account so i could follow those Rare Gems on this site. By "Rare Gems" I mean those who can actually write and write well! I know that's stuck up but if i'm gonna follow someone, they gotta be good at what this site is based around, which is writing.

What do i consider good? Well, it's less about proper grammar and more about keeping my interest, character development, good dialog (if any, if not that's fine too.), proper descriptions, and so on and so forth. I could care less if you spell a word wrong or even miss a few punctuation marks. So long as you write a good story I'm more than happy. I won't be writing anything myself because unlike those Rare Gems i cannot write to save my life. I can put a sentence together, sure and i got nothing below a B in all my english classes (I wish i could say the same for math .

If you've read this far then you are probably wondering what on earth the point is of me having an account at all. Well, i hope to give encouragement, praise, and anything else i can think of to those Rare Gems. I've found that a lot of good writers need a good boost to keep them going (Not that this is everyone! There are some very confident writers as well!) and i hope to give that to them so that they can continue and succeed. I feel like the world needs more top notch story tellers! In a world that focuses more on the visual (Videogame graphics, cinematography) and less on the heart of the story, its frustrating for someone like me who loves a really good story. And yes, there are many games and movies that have both, I could list off probably 20 of each right at this moment. But i won't because then i would lose focus and start going on about how i love Darren Aronofsky or why games like final fantasy X or Bioshock are some of the deepest and most impressive games ever... See? I'm already getting worked up!

Now, I'd like to take a minute and clarify a few things and hopefully actually describe myself. First off, I am a concept artist! Well, more of a wannabe concept artist since i'm not with a company or anything yet. But either way, i take concepts/ideas and i draw them! And yes, this does contradict my want for a better story to go along with visuals since i'm the one that adds to the visual overtake. However, is it so wrong for me to want meaning behind my art? I want to know that i'm giving a good, developed, and well thought out story a face, or a landscape, whatever it might be. All i want is for the shallow stories (*cough* Transformers *cough*) to stop! And i know that the Rare Gems on here should replace a lot of people in hollywood or in certain game companies because they are capable of writing a GOOD STORY and not just some scenario that shows off some pretty special effects.

I guess i'll end my rant/profile on that note since i also have no idea how to end things properly. Goodbye for now!

ON SECOND THOUGHT!!!!

I am going to be writing something! Not because i believe i'm good at it but mainly because i want to understand something better and in order to do so i need to "infer/come-up-with" some sort of back story...

However, the thing i am going to be writing doesn't mean i've given up on my search for rare gems! I'm only doing this as a side project because i have nothing better to do with my time and i'm kind of proud of the idea that's rattling around inside my head . So, to all the veteran writers out there, wish me luck! I'm the definition of amateur when it comes to writing so i'll need all the luck in the world to make a halfway decent story.

They were supposed to end up in Valhalla; that was the plan. Instead she and Noel were stranded in another world with no means of reaching Lightning. But finding her sister seemed to be the least of their worries. [Hiatus.]
