It's been 3 years after the Great Thaw. Elsa due to a guilty conscience adopts a 12 year old girl named Ellie, who is a hiding a secret and trying to figure out what happened to her real family. But alas! Their lives could be in danger as an Evil Queen emerges who has a mysterious past. {Post Frozen; Motherly Elsa}. Title was named after the song You're My Home by Angeline Quinto.
