Ahoy there!

I'm reading and enjoying stories here for a while and finally brought myself to create this account, determined to review the stories I read and with that keep clear of the bad conscience I get from reading without giving the authors credit for their work.

Here we go, ahem: My name's Kat and I'm a TV addict.

My current obsessions are "BBC Sherlock" and everything Mark Gatiss-related.
Just for the record, I've already been a Sherlockian before this masterpiece and was a little bit skeptical towards this new version but it got me hooked immediately and now I just totally love it. For quite some time now I'm rather occupied with it 'cause I can get very enthusiastic about my favourite series and actors spending hours after hours in front of the TV and on the internet.
Well, perhaps I should get a life...
Nah, forget it...

At the moment I'm discovering "Doctor Who" and, well, guess who's to blame here... ;-)

I'm from Berlin, Germany, so please forgive my poor english.

My pen name comes from a Springsteen song and, well, because I enjoy being barefoot - who'd have thought that!

Besides I'm a rather shy and quiet person, a couch potato, usually tardy, usually friendly, always faithful, sometimes lazy, occasionally clumsy, I'm an only child and a family person, I love dogs and horses, the sea, flying, rain, ginger ale, music, books, theatre, musicals, cinema and TV, I hate sports, spicy food, injustice, intolerance and inconsiderateness, I have no driver licence but a Latin proficiency certificate and... sometimes I'm a little bit chatty, you know...

I don't know yet if I'll have the guts to publish a story here, 'cause I'm just not sure if it's good enough. Normally I'm not really creative but I do enjoy writing, so let's see...
