The man that never was. The man who was never meant to be. The man who was never remembered. The man who fought on the battlefield. The man who allowed his comrades to flee, he himself taking their place. The man who never lost hope, even when faced with only darkness and pain. The man who took in the darkness in hopes of finding light, to the point of his very existence being wiped away. He is the Forgotten One. He is the Fallen One. He is F. He is Forte.

About The Man That Never Was:

"Anger will never disappear so long as thoughts of resentment are cherished in the mind. Anger will disappear just as soon as thoughts of resentment are forgotten. I took on that anger for so long, fighting it toe to toe. It was a true beast; a monster. I took it hand-to-hand and toe-to-toe. I fought it until my hands were bloodied. I fought it until we were battered and bruised. I fought it until I had broken ever single bone in my body. I fought it until ever muscle had been torn apart inside my body. I fought it until I had been dismembered and left for dead. But when I awoke and looked in the mirror, I realized that what I had fought had been full of lies. In truth, I had never fough that monster. And I never will. Because, as I looked in the mirror, it was that very monster that looked back at me."

The Man That Never Was, better known by his aliases F and Forte, is the soldier who was left behind. He tells of his stories; he tells of what horrors he's seen. He tells of the land beyond his mind scape and the horrors of the monsters of this world. But, when the stories are told, the two become intertwined into one, twisted reality...
