A sequel to A Night to Forget

This story is about eight year old, Emily Marie Beckett Roswell, who loses her mother to a drug overdose. She finds her Aunt Kate and has to live with her because there is no other family members except Kate's father who will help from time to time. This will follow Emily's adventures and all the trouble she causes and gets into, while driving Detective Beckett crazy.

Takes place after the shootout in Castle's apartment and before the happy ending. A new character comes in to investigate the shooting at the request of Deputy Chief Gates. Can she be trusted?

Castle gets disturbing news while Kate is at her dads cabin recuperating. He decides a change is in order for his life. How will Kate cope with this news. Can Caskett even happen? We will have to wait and see, but I don't think Beckson or Davidett has a ring to it. Do you?

Part 3 Set immediately after A Cold War Murder and "A Murder In The Hamptons". This is third in the series. Read them first. They are married and getting started in their new world when Castle gets stuck on a book tour complete with a murder. The system does not allow more than two descriptions, so this is romance, drama, a little more humor

Castle Summer Hiatus 2015 Ficathon Entry. Castle's first time at the Becketts' cabin, summer after season four.

Part 2 Set one month after and follows the "Cold War Murders". Rick and Kate are settling in on their new life as a couple. Trying to swim in new uncharted waters When a friend and neighbor of Castle is found murdered and the local police ask for the help from the pair

Part 1 Rick and Kate both think the other is in a relationship with someone else. But when they go to a crime scene from 1970 they get trapped in a cold war bomb shelter. They have to spend the next three days talking to one another, opening up to each other, instead of hiding from their feelings that are getting stronger by the minute.

Post-Ep for '47 Seconds'. "I need a word with you." Castle's voice cuts through the hubbub of the bullpen even though he has it purposefully toned low. Low and rough, scraping at his vocal cords with a touch of something dark and smoky that tugs at Kate's gut, exciting and scaring her in equal measure.

When Kate gets into a car accident, the outcome of her injury is retrograde amnesia – she doesn't remember her life after 2008.
