 Author has written 4 stories for Percy Jackson and the Olympians, Underland Chronicles, and Stranger Things, 2016. Oi! Call me Chorkie (if you get where I got my name from, you are a wonderful person well educated in Bad Lip Reading. I applaud you). I'm jest yer regular aspiring writer and avid reader. I love all types of storytelling: visual art, music, TV, theater, movies, books, poetry, etc. I'm a huge nerd, but I also have a massive love of martial arts and combat sports, and I'm a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Music is a HUGE part of my life, and I'm currently in a singer/songwriter duo band with a good friend of mine. My favorite artists are Punch Brothers, Nickel Creek, Led Zeppelin, OK Go, Weezer, The Police, Sleeping at Last, Imagine Dragons, The Ink Spots, Jack Johnson, and Bing Crosby. I pretty much love anything from the 1920's to 1970's, except (shudders) disco music. Favorite genres of music: Classic rock, swing, jazz, newgrass/progressive bluegrass, blues, folk. Favorite Reading material: Stephen King, Rick Riordan, Suzanne Collins, Eoin Colfer, J.R.R Tolkien, C.S Lewis, J.K Rowling, and so many others I don't even remember. Favorite Viewing material: Stranger Things, everything MCU, The Flash, The Arrow, Adventure Time, The Goonies, Stand By Me, The Princess Bride, Sherlock, The LEGO Movie, and a ton of other amazing shit. Favorite foods: Borscht, chili, pot pie, ice cream, pomegranates, cactus fruit. Favorite smell: my homemade chili. Favorite color: Blue. Or deep red. or purple.
