hect most important feature is his trademark helmets his dark mecha helmet has two pointy ears and a long spike in the back of his helmet the retro futuristic mask shields his face from damage. hect wears a armored upperbody vest that exposes his lower torso. the vest protects hect heart from gunfire or other damage. he wears armored pants and heavily armored boots. hect is of Dominican descent in normal clothes sporting smooth light greasy hair and a light goatee. in normal clothes he wear jeans and various tops like polo's or age appropriate clothing

Powers/Abilities (try and not create a character with the same powers as other previously submitted OCs): hect can generate lightning and create electric anatomies (create a thunderstorm in the middle of a building or house ) he can drain electricity to heal himself and can call a tiny robot for assistance (2 ft tall drone with mini missiles and turret basically a distraction for a big attack)

hect needs to be on a solid surface to use his power if hes being carried thrown or knocked around off his feet his powers will not work until he is grounded (think about a lightning rod)

History/Background: 30 years ago on earth 2...Brainiac (who had been slowly downloading and destroying the multi verse earth for power their powers over time). Brainiac intended to use the pirated data to create an army of meta humans under his control, facilitating his conquest of the multi Earth. As the only survivor of the war, Lex Luthor could do nothing to resist Brainiac's subjugation of the planet. Lex Luthor explains that he was able to survive in secret and eventually seal the stolen data and energy from Brainiac's mother ship in the form of "Exobytes" (nanobot-sized devices that can bond to a living host and give them their own superpower).

the severely injured Lex at the time was desperate for help. lex manage to find a surviving civilization Lex Luthor figured if he could replicate the exobites thousands of new meta humans will be created from ordinary humans to defend earth2. desperate for test subjects lex exchanged technology an food for a 9 year old boy the boy was the first infected by the exobites. after a series of successful tests. luthor decided to use the remaining technology on earth to travel to the past and warn himself. 3 years later the boy had grown to lead many meta human the boy given the name agent hectares by luthor's robotic assistant mercy. as the device was completed brainiac attacked.in a rush lex instructs hectares to grab a container filled with exobytes and ready the time device to the past. after activating the device...when hectares awoke he was in a hospital. he couldn't remember anything other than the word hectares. something was wrong hect hand no recollection of his past nor his mission. instead of going to the past the device lex built sent hect to the original earth prime.(this forums earth) as hect was learning to speak and function as a human he heard the rumors of an alien that resembles a human in metropolis, and a giant bat in gotham.

few years later hect gained the ability to re use his powers. after seeing lex luthor on tv indicted for attempting to ha the world of its natural resources hect was drawn to him. eventually hectares found lex luthor and been a loyal and pivotal contribution to luthors success. as an agent for luthor hectares has completed over 200 operations for his boss. while on vacation hectares spent time in Argentina after a few wild parties hectares met a beautiful woman named sunya. they hit it off wonderfully one night two days before his wife sunya went into labor hectares was called to star labs in coast city on behalf of the the shady side of luthors business. hectares and raided the facility killing over a dozen employees as he stole several oan devices that were being studied after several battles with the green lanterns hectares was imprisoned in a crater on the moon guarded by manhaunters.

Personality: yen is very social he's arrogant, cocky, manipulative. yen is childish yen foolish and extremely hydrophobic. yen feels that his powers don't stack up well against other villains like doomsday wonder woman and Circe, so he believes that if he can't dominate by might he will dominate through terror. beyond some tactical experience yen is irrational. he believes in public demonstrations of chaos exerts his power. for example yen will attack a bank to draw attention from the news. yen has social media accounts documenting his "crimes"

yen demands respect he is easily enrage when taken lightly ( although his actions are often suggest he's is unprofessional and reckless.

yen is secretly in love with Yonna. his twin sister. yen is sicken by his own infatuations with his sister. she is the only person who have been constant in his life. yen often terrorizes Yonna buy interfering in her love life to push her away from him. yen is afraid to tell her his feelings so he tries to bury them by mating with other people. History/Background:from their point of view

yen and his twin sister yonna were abandoned at birth. they are the children of hectares (real name unknown) and a mental meta Sunya. this is unknown by the twins to their knowledge they were orphaned and taken in by a catholic church in rio de janero. for years the twins have managed to get by relying on yens vices. while searching for a meaning of life and to his power yens is often lacking in morals. wanted in many city/states. yens often attracts trouble. yen craves infamy and will go through great means to obtain fame. while in pacific yen has become a terrorist seeking fame and glory. yana however is different she has a sound moral compass. yana and yen often fight due to his evil demeanor and her desire for order (she's a hero). where as yen is searching for meaning. yana desires to promote peace and end wars. much like all humans yonna has made her fair share of mistakes she killed a 6 yeat old kid when she was 9. although it was an accident it still effects her to this day yonna strongly desire a family. she often shuns her powers and wish she was normal.

one hot summer day Yonna met a jr. priest who taken a strong liking to her. overcome by loneliness, feeling of abandonment (I wonder why )and adolescent emotions Yonna easily gave in to the priest. as he was only an apprentice tormented by lust. for a while yen and Yonna lived happily yen worked in a market while she worked in a bar as a waitress. although they were struggling they were happy together. as the two grew yen developed an extreme fondness towards Yonna taking two jobs to afford pretty dresses and cheap jewelry for his sister. Yonna was beautiful, she had long wavy hair tan skinn and her curves were just beginning to come in. yen would begin to dream of a woman much like Yonna. overtime that imaginary woman became more and more similar to Yonna until his ideal woman was Yonna. awaken by a nightmare of rejection yen began seeking warm bodies people who reminded him of Yonna or whom he could imagine her face on. as the years ran along the duo grew. yen began traveling dark moral roads while yonnas was honest and hardworking.

a year later sunya happy as she groaned. she was carrying twins and it felt like a storm was brewing in her belly. lights flickered as nurses rushed her to the er. alone and now scared sunya wondered where hectares was during this special moment. as sunya was medicated she was approached by fear crazed corpsmen. once the nurses returned two twin babies laid on the floor crying and screaming covered in after birth and other motherly stuff.

not having the room nor finance to keep the babies long Sunya gave them to a sister at the catholic church. years went by and the kids were healthy yen was first to discover he could electricity when he carried a radio to a local school and it activated without power and played. in America Yonna has found a job working in a dentist office her degree and certifications are falsified but she is helping people and skiled in doing so. her boss is training ger sho she will pass the exams when she enroll in college for dentistry.
