Happy New Year (a touch late, I guess). Make it a good one.

I've rewritten "Alpha and Slave." It's no longer "Alpha and Slave;" in fact, I'm not really sure that story still exists. Maybe it lives vicariously through the new one: "A Hundred Ways Out." I'm only posting a chapter or two at a time, both to give me time to continue with further chapters, but also to keep me coming back here to update the base. I neglect it, you see. Innumerable thanks to those who reviewed AS; I hope you'll come back to read AHWO and like it just as much – maybe more.

I also posted another story (obviously) in another fandom (obviously), which has been a chosen fandom of mine for far longer than Riddick. "False Apocalypse" is a Yoroiden Samurai Troopers fic that I've been throwing around since high school. Obviously, it doesn't want to die, so maybe if I get people to read it, I'll get a little more juice into throwing out new chapters.

I just want to thank you guys, whoever you are, for reading. I love having your reviews; lets me know someone's out there. (Yeah, I like to think that I write for myself, but everyone's got that little demon somewhere that craves outside support.) You are all my support base and my unofficial beta group. I'll try not to leave you hanging for too long at a time. Thanks again.
